In Taiwan, where over half of the buildings are over 30 years old, urban renewal is essential for improving disaster preparedness, enhancing quality of life, and facilitating urban transformation. Recognized as a key national policy, urban renewal requires a multidisciplinary approach. This credit program aims to cultivate professionals with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in urban renewal. The curriculum equips students with specialized knowledge, hands-on abilities, and interdisciplinary integration skills necessary for urban renewal projects, providing the professional manpower needed for urban renewal and enhancing students' future employment competitiveness.
